Child Care
Registration Information
- A registration form must be completed and returned with a $40.00 non-refundable activity fee per child/family.
- The registration form must be completed in its entirety. Including days needing care and whether care is needed on a full or part-time basis, program site, child’s grade, and child’s start date.
- Upon registration each parent will receive a Parent Handbook, Emergency Contact Form, Agreement Form, Child Health Assessment, Discipline Policy, Parent Statement of Understanding, and Payment Vouchers.
- These forms MUST be returned to the Greensburg YMCA or taken to your child’s child care site at least three days prior to the child’s first day of attendance.
- Forms MUST be on site for your child to participate in the program.
- Monthly rates are discounted and based on a 39 week school year. Payments are made in 9 monthly installments (See Handbook).
Refund/Credit Information
- The $40.00 activity fee is non-refundable.
- If the YMCA cancels a program, refunds will be given.
- Credit statements may only be used for YMCA programs and not redeemed for cash or check. Our budget is based on an enrollment including your child; therefore, refunds or credits will not be extended due to your child’s absence from the program. Credit will only be extended to those with documentation of an emergency situation and is subject to the discretion of the Director of Child Care Services.
