Registration

 

Registration Checklist:

  • Complete the registration form, available at the YMCA (you are unable to register on line at this time.)
  • Bring registration to the YMCA.  We are NOT accepting faxed or mailed registrations.
  • Include $25.00 nonrefundable deposit per child per camp week to reserve your child’s space in camp.
  • The $25.00 deposit will be credited toward the reserved week and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Any registration received after April 30 will incur a $25.00 late registration fee and will be put on a waiting list.  Wait list campers will receive notification of acceptance into camp by mail.

ECLC Summer Day Camp

In order to register please contact Megan Eutsey at 724-834-0150 ext. 151.  Hours of registration are the same as those listed above.

Ages 6 weeks to age 5

The Early Childhood Learning Center is specifically designed to meet the developmental needs of children age six weeks through age 5. The children will have the opportunity to make new friends and will experience a number of cultural, social and recreational activities that will enhance their learning experience.

Monday – Friday 6:45am – 6:00pm

Full Time: 4-5 days

Part Time: 3 days or less

Half Day: 5 hours or less

Rates include one camp T-Shirt, one weekly field trip, breakfast, lunch, and snacks

Late Pick Up:        4:30pm – 6:00 pm

Day Camp Day:    8:45am – 4:30 pm

Grades:

Children currently in grades Kindergarten through 5th

 

General Information:

General Information:

  • CIT’s will go on Wednesday Field Trip with the group they are working with that week.
  • Wednesday field trip is included in weekly fee.
  • CIT’s registered by April 30 will receive a Day Camp T-shirt, which must be worn on Wednesday field trip.  Any child registered after April 30 will not be guaranteed a t-shirt.
  • Mini field trips will be scheduled weekly.  A nominal fee will be charged for mini field trips.
  • CIT’s will learn the basics of interacting and leading a group of children ages 2-5 and in grades K-3.
  • CIT’s will practice leadership skills while learning to teach swimming, large group activities, circle time and other activities.
  • Participants will develop leadership skills through community service opportunities.
  • Training in CPR, First Aide, AED, Camp Safety, and Child Development & Fire Safety.
