A fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines use aerobic interval training and fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.
Latin Step
A twist on the typical Zumba class. Use of Latin music to get you groovin to a new you.
Yoga
Beginner Yoga-Hatha yoga class aimed at uniting the mind-body-spirit through the practice of physical postures.
Advanced Yoga-An advanced form of Hatha yoga. Recommended for the seasoned yoga enthusiast.
Yoga Workshop- A Hatha yoga class. Bring your questions or poses you need help on to class and the class will be structured to work on specific poses and postures. Look for special focused workshops coming in 2012.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. Yin Yoga emphasizes yoga postures held on the floor for long periods of time (usually 2 to 5 minutes or longer) with a minimum of muscular effort. The focus is on gentle stretching and stimulation of the fascia and connective tissues of the body. Rather than an exclusive style of practice, Yin Yoga is the necessary complement to muscular, dynamic strength-based yoga and fitness practices.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. The top benefits doing of Pilates exercise that people report are that they become stronger, longer, leaner, and more able to do anything with grace and ease.
Ballet-Fit
Get a dancers body with NO dance background! Its a unique blend of strength, flexibility, and cardio leaving no muscle untouched. Start off at the barre toning and lengthening your muscles then move to the floor for cardio and coordination. Have a great time while getting in fantastic shape!

Combination of aerobic, flexibility, balance and resistance training to specifically address older adults in a fun filled social environment regardless of fitness level.
- Level 2=45 min. For older adults with no prior exercise experience or beginning again.
- Level 3= 60 min. For moderately active older adults.
Trixter X-Biking
If you like spinning you’ll love x-biking! The unique handle bar articulates from side-to-side against adjustable resistance which allows the rider to work upper body and core muscles while the legs do the pumping.
