Personal training is a one-on-one training session geared towards helping you achieve your fitness goals! With each personal training session purchased, you will receive a completely customized training and nutrition program designed to help you meet your goals in the most efficient time possible. Along with the personalized programming, you will be taught why your programming is designed the way it is using the latest cutting edge research available to the fitness population! Our personal trainers on staff have extensive knowledge in fat loss, cardiovascular, strength, power, speed, agility, injury prevention, functional moving, and athletic preparation protocols. So instead of learning bad habits and not seeing results, meet with one of our trainers and learn proper habits and see the results you want…faster!

 

MEET OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS

Jessica Gardner

Jessica is an active mother and wife. She believes that fitness can be enjoyed as a family and works out regularly with her family. She enjoys running, participating in races, coaching, cooking, and reading. She has 6 years coaching experience and thoroughly enjoys physical fitness. She loves to see the changes that can be made in her clients overall health and body composition. Jessica’s focus is on core strengthening, circuit training, plyometrics, improving flexibility, HIIT, and overall  fitness.  Jessica is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and is a Certified Run Coach through RRCA.

 

 

 

 

 

Caylene McKinney

Caylene is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science.  She is  currently working towards a Master’s in Exercise Science/Health Promotion.  Being an athlete from a young age through college, she contributes her passion of healthy living to playing soccer and volleyball.  Upon college graduation, she switched her focus from sport-specific training to functional training.  She has spent time working with clients of all ages and ability levels. Caylene believes exercise should be fun; “It is a celebration of what the body can accomplish”.  She enjoys showing her clients that with hard work, they can achieve even more that what they thought possible, and have fun doing it!

 

 

 

 

John Holman

John has trained and studied at the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  He has over 10 years experience in personal training and 15 years experience in weight lifting. He specializes in metabolic plyometrics, stabilization, strength training, and group  fitness training. John played a wide range of sports throughout school, from track & field, basketball, football, and combat sports.  He even spent some time training the cheerleading squads in flexibility tumbling.
