Free Weight Exercise Room
Members 14 years old (that have been certified) and older also have unrestricted use of the free weight room. The YMCA has a nice selection of:
- Dumbbells ranging in weights from 5 lbs. to 100 lbs.
- Squat cage
- Smith machine
- Multiple benches (including both incline and decline)
- Cable cross over
- Pec deck with reverse fly
- Preacher curl
- Glute/hamstring stand
- Abdominal stand
- Chin dip
- Leg press machine
- Hammer Strength, and more!

Cybex Exercise Room
Members age 11 years old (that have been certified by a Y fitness specialist)Â and older enjoy full use of Cybex resistance training equipment. 14 pieces of equipment target various muscle groups to provide an all over body workout.

- 2 recumbent bicycles

- 4 ARC trainers
- 2 Stairmasters
Eight televisions with cardio theater help to pass the time as you run, walk, step or bicycle your way to a healthier you!

-Children ages 8-11 are allowed in the Gymnasium and Pool Areas if they have completed an equipment and safety orientation with a staff member.
-Children ages 11-13 are permitted to use Cardio room, Cybex Room, Gym, and Pool Areas unsupervised after an equipment and safety orientation with a staff member. This age group is also permitted to use the Free Weight Room and enroll in Group Exercise Classes if accompanied by a parent or guardian that is 18 or older.
-Children ages 14-17 are permitted to use the entire facility after an equipment and safety orientation with a staff member.
-Child Watch will now be open to children ages 6 Months-12 years of age. Children must be signed in by their parent or guardian and cannot leave the Child Watch program unless signed out by their parent or guardian.
-Children misusing the facility will be addressed with their parent or guardian regarding their behavior up to and including termination of membership.
