Meet Maribel Chapman, a passionate volleyball enthusiast hailing from Peru, where she cultivated her love for the sport alongside family and friends from the tender age of 7. Maribel’s journey in volleyball evolved from grade school to college, where she played formally, laying the foundation for a lifelong connection with the game.

Upon moving to the United States in December 2001, Maribel continued to carry her love for volleyball. In 2004, she found her way to Greensburg, PA, and sporadically engaged in the sport at the Greensburg YMCA. The summer of 2023 marked a return to more active play, as Maribel rekindled her passion for volleyball.

With a rich history in the sport and a commitment to fostering community connections, Maribel brings a vibrant energy to our coaching team.
