Is your New Year’s resolution to get more active? We are launching a new session of LesMills and now is the perfect time to try it out firsthand! Try mini sessions of some of our favorite LesMills programs as we debut new workouts. Group Exercise at the Y is the perfect way to get fit while having fun in a safe, social setting. Try just one, or try them all and see which is the right fit for you!
Unlimited Group Exercise is included with membership – but this launch event is free for everyone!

The Programs:
BODYPUMP – BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, you’ll get a total body workout.
BODYFLOW – BODYFLOW is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body, and life. You will bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of TAI Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all exercises.
GRIT – GRIT is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. Barbells, weight plates and body weight exercises are used to blast all major muscle groups.
