Family Class is a physical fitness class in the YMCA Annex Building Gymnasium. This class is ideal for home/cyber school students!  Cardio exercise games, strength, range of motion, flexibility, and coordination activities will be performed in an instructional manner. Follow this class with a swimming class in the YMCA pool. Swim lessons are included in the price.

Session I: September 4 – October 27  (8 Weeks)

9:30 – 10:30 am

Tuesday (Swim)

11:00 – 11:45 am

The cost for members is $90 (additional siblings $45) and $180 for non-members (additional siblings $90)
