MEMBERSHIP DUES

Stay With Us – ACTIVE
Your Y membership was put “on hold” with us when our facility closed on March 15th. Now that we are reopening on June 15th, we will be releasing those holds and reestablishing your membership. Dues for the month of June will be prorated 50% and will be drafted, per usual, on June 20th. Subsequent months will resume at the full rate with the draft date remaining on the 20th of the month. Annual paying members, we will extend your membership renewal date 3 months; please let us know if you require a different resolution.

Not Ready to Come Back Yet – HOLD
We understand that some of you may not feel comfortable coming back to our facility just yet. We want to provide you with the opportunity to put your membership on hold. When you are ready to come back, we will simply release the hold on your account and restore your membership. You will not incur any join fee if you release your hold on or before September 1, 2020. You will need to email Karen Tehovnik, Interim Membership Coordinator at k.tehovnik@gbgymca.org or call 724-834-0150 ext. 111 to let us know of your intention to put your membership on hold.

Not Coming Back – CANCEL
If you need to cancel your membership and it is due to financial hardship, we encourage you to complete our Financial Assistance Application. Otherwise, while we hate to see you go, we understand; we hope to see you back real soon. We are relaxing our in-person requirement for cancellation. You will need to email Karen Tehovnik, Interim Membership Coordinator at k.tehovnik@gbgymca.org or call 724-834-0150 ext. 111 to let us know of your intention to cancel.

We hope that you will retain your membership. These have been difficult months for all of us and that includes our Y. Now more than ever, our Y is needed in this community. We recommit ourselves to you and to our neighbors and look forward to new ways to collaborate with you and the community.

God Bless,
