- Training Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM @ Greensburg YMCA
- Final Event: A ruck and celebratory lunch at Outdoor Odyssey @ 450 Boy Scout Rd, Boswell, PA 15531

What is Rucking?
Rucking involves walking with a weighted backpack on your back. This simple yet effective exercise significantly boosts your cardiovascular fitness and strength, offering a full-body workout that is easier on your joints compared to running.
