Our Wellness Workshops are built to meet you where you are. The first Tuesday of every Month, we explore a new wellness theme focused on simple, realistic ways to support your health, mindset, and overall well-being. Workshops are led by knowledgeable instructors and are designed to be approachable, informative, and easy to apply to everyday life.
Check back often as new monthly themes are added, and join us for one session or make wellness education part of your regular routine at the Y.
