Y-FIT WILL BEGIN JANUARY 2ND!

Y-Fit has been added to our new group fitness schedule! Class will be on Wednesdays at 5:45am starting January 2nd. Looking for a fun, safe, effective way to get in shape? Try this class, you won’t regret it!

The workout will be constantly varied and at a high intensity! Modifications will also be made for ANY fitness level. Get your workout in with Tony before work and start your new years resolutions on time!
