Adult Aquatics

No matter where you are on your fitness journey, the water is a powerful place to move, strengthen, and heal. At the Greensburg YMCA, our two pools provide opportunities for adults of all abilities to stay active and feel their best.

Main Pool

Our 6-lane, 25-yard pool is perfect for lap swimming, circle swimming, adult swim lessons, and water fitness classes. It’s also home to the Greensburg YMCA Stingrays Swim Team.

Warm Water Pool

Heated to a comfortable 90 degrees, the warm pool is ideal for gentle movement, recovery, and beginner swimmers. We offer a variety of low-impact aquatic group exercise classes in this pool—designed to support joint health, relieve pain, and promote wellness.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a new way to stay active, the warm water pool is a great place to begin.

Aquatic Group Exercise

Group classes are included with your Y membership and vary in intensity so you can find the right fit for your body and goals.

Intensity Levels

  • Low Intensity: Great for beginners or recovery days. Focuses on easing into movement and building foundational strength.

  • Moderate Intensity: Designed to challenge you while helping improve endurance, mobility, and form.

  • Active Intensity: For experienced participants ready to push themselves with high-energy, full-body movement.
